How To Use Make Up As A Fashion Accessory

by Maria Llorente

Makeup can be one more accessory to your personal image and that’s why we are going to explain to you step by step the most flattering and easy trends so that this season you will be beautiful.

MAKEUP

There are various flattering trends this season. On the one hand, there is the natural look with earthy and gold tones, and neutral tones for the eyes and transparent but shinny lips. On the other hand, there is the sexier look with darker tones for the eyes from navy blue to purple, and (don’t forget black), and dark sexy lips.

ADVICE: Choose a look that works for you and one that you feel most comfortable with and follow the advice that we give you below.

FOUNDATION

Give a touch of something pearlescent to your foundation and you’ll achieve a modern and flattering look.

ADVICE: Apply your foundation to the entire face. Once it has been absorbed in to the skin, wait a few minutes for it to absorb, apply a small amount of illuminating powder in the T zone, forehead, cheekbones and chin. Blend it well with a brush for a pearly but natural effect. The result, light satiny skin.

COVER UP

Brighten your look by using a light cover up which is lighter than your skin tone over your foundation.

ADVICE: Blend it well around your eyes with your finger tip to take away any excess. And that’s it, a great look without bags and full of life.

EYES

For a natural look, use browns and neutral tones.

ADVICE: Apply a golden tone on the upper eyelid to achieve the look and give it a touch of light. If you want your eyes to have a stronger look, use a dark brown pencil on the inner eye.

For a sexy look, use darker tones, the ones you like the most, from navy blue to bottle green. Or if you like, use grays or blacks.

ADVICE: Don’t forget to put the darker color on your eyelid putting a blended line next to the eye lashes and put makeup on the outer eye with a black pencil. Lighten the eyelid just under the eyebrow with a pearly or shinny white for a sexy arousing look.

ESSENTIAL: Everyone notices mascara so curl your eyelashes beforehand and use two cotes to give them volume.

CHEEKBONES

Give your cheekbones a healthy look with soft rosy natural colors.

ADVICE: Blend blush well with a clean brush and loose powder on your cheekbones.

LIPS

If you want a natural look, or you have put too much lipstick on, apply lip gloss for a juicy natural look.

ADVICE: Choose a lip gloss that also shines and protects your lips.

On the other hand, if you want to forget the natural look, try a passion red or a bright fushia. The result, sexy provocative, but natural lips.

ADVICE: Use a well-sharpened lip pencil that is very similar to your lipstick to outline your lips. Do this before applying lipstick so that the color will last longer and it will be easier to use darker tones.

THE FINAL TOUCH

Wash your hair with a rinse similar to the natural color of your hair to make it brighter but without changing the color.

ADVICE: Ask you hairdresser. There are rinses that naturally moisturize and give shine to the hair.

Anti-Aging Skin Care: Turning Back the Clock

by Dr. Edward F. Group III, DC, Ph.D, ND, DACBN

Wrinkles are quite literally a sign of the times. They are caused by both genetic and environmental factors such as sunlight, make up, chemical ridden cosmetics, cigarette smoke, and other pollutants. But regardless of their cause, many women find their laugh lines to be no laughing matter. So what can we do to prevent and stall the skin damage that causes wrinkles, laugh lines, age spots, and other bothersome blemishes?

How Can I Prevent Wrinkles?

The best way to prevent wrinkles is to follow a regular skin care routine, and to adamantly protect your face from the detrimental effects of the sun. You need to cleanse your skin on a daily basis to remove the perspiration, debris, and pollutants that can buildup and damage your pores. And use a natural sunscreen (with a minimum SPF 15) to shield your face from the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays. Also, avoid smoking, alcohol, and caffeinated beverages that dehydrate the skin. Drink plenty of purified water to keep your skin supple, hydrated and healthy.

When Should I Start Using Anti-Wrinkle Creams?

You can start using anti-wrinkle creams before you even see a wrinkle appear. Eye creams in particular are effective at supporting the delicate area around the eyes and preventing or stalling the development of wrinkles. Many women (and men) start using anti wrinkle creams in their thirties. The skin’s natural levels of collagen diminish with age and anti-wrinkle creams may offer a suitable replacement. These creams may be too heavy for younger, thicker skin, so you’ll have to determine whether or not they’re right for your skin type. I recommend using all-natural products, organically certified if possible.

How Can I Diminish Wrinkles?

There are numerous products and techniques available today to help you diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Herbal creams and vitamin supplements can be used to reduce the effects of aging on the skin. You must choose which product or method is best for you based on the number and severity of your wrinkles and the level at which they bother you.

Anti-Aging Products and Ingredients

Vitamin A: Vitamin A yields a slight inflammatory action on the skin. It can help to “puff up” the skin and diminish the depth of many wrinkles.

Vitamin C: This water-soluble vitamin helps to improve circulation and boost the production of collagen within the body. It has a brightening affect on skin that has become dull and dry with age.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps to protect skin from the damaging effect of free radicals. It also strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, and protects red blood cell membranes.

Coenzyme Q10: This powerful antioxidant is effective at protecting the skin from free radical damage and improving circulation throughout the body. Coenzyme Q10 can be found in oral vitamin supplements or as an ingredient in skin care creams.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids: AHA’s or fruit acids help to slough off dead skin cells that can dull the skin’s appearance.

Anti Aging Procedures

Botox: Botox or botulinum endotoxin-A can produce dramatic anti aging results, similar to surgery, without the devastating side effects. Botox is a neurotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It causes a slight paralysis of the muscles around the wrinkles. This can diminish the appearance of “motion wrinkles,” such as laugh lines and crow’s feet. The procedure to have Botox injected under the skin can be quite costly and it’s effects are only temporary, so it must be repeated several times throughout the year.

Dermabrasion: This is a procedure that utilizes microcrystals or other sanding equipment to scrape away facial skin around the affected area. It is a costly procedure that my actually require a recovery of several weeks.

Laser Resurfacing: Laser surgery is a technique that uses a controlled laser beam to remove the upper layer of damaged skin. It can visibly reduce the appearance of fine line and in come cases, deeper wrinkles. It is one of the most popular procedures in cosmetic surgery today. However, it is an invasive surgical procedure that also has risks such as excessive scarring, infection, loss of normal skin pigmentation, skin redness and dryness.

Chemical Peels: As frightening as it seems, chemical peels actually involve applying a chemical substance to your skin that “burns” off the damaged layers. The gentlest type of chemical peel available is the glycolic acid peel that removes dead skin cells from the upper layer of skin only. These treatments are quick and are often referred to as “lunchtime peels,” as they may only require ten to fifteen minutes in the doctor’s office. However, the results of chemical peels are only temporary and the procedure must be repeated frequently.

Vitamin E: Nourishing Dry Skin Care

by Jerrick Foo

Among all the nutrients, vitamin E is one of the most important for ensuring that your skin is healthy. It can be added to the diet by eating more seeds and nuts, healthful oils, and certain vegetables, like bean sprouts and sweet potatoes. It helps protect against heart problems, keeping the arteries clear. In skin care, though, it's helpful to apply the vitamin right at the site of the dry skin as well as adding it to the diet. This can be done in a variety of ways. You can find vitamin E skin care creams even in the dollar aisle of the store. The thing to remember about the less expensive products is that they probably do not contain the strength of vitamin E you need. They probably also are made of cheap synthetic ingredients instead of high quality organic oils and other healing components.

Vitamin E for Skin Around Eyes:

The skin around your eyes often needs moisturizing. This is because the area under the eyes does not have glands for secreting oil. Vitamin E is a wonderful ingredient in any eye cream as it restores and nourishes the delicate skin around the eyes. Using an eye cream or oil that contains vitamin E can help fight the tiny wrinkles that so often appear in this sensitive spot. It does this by stablizing and firming the cell membranes of your skin. You may need to use a vitamin E product for awhile before you see the desired results. In fact, it may take months. In addition, the cream may contain other ingredients that cause your skin to break out. If your skin seems to be sensitive to a product, discontinue its use and find another that is gentler.

What are Antioxidants?

Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant, which means it neurtalizes the destructive free radicals. It also protects skin from damage caused by environmental pollution. Talk of free radicals and anti-oxidants can seem confusing. The main thing to remember is that antioxidants protect skin and other parts of our body. They protect us from the effects of the air pollution that is so widespread in our cities. The damage from free radicals doesn't just happen to our skin. It happens throughout our bodies. This is why it's so important to get enough vitamin E in the diet.

The Importance of the Skin:

People don't think of the skin as an organ like the heart or lungs. It is, though, and it's one of the largest and most important. It protects the body from all the damaging forces on the outside, such as dirt, bacteria, and ultraviolet light. This makes the skin a vital part of the body. It is crucial to take the best care of it that we can. Vitamin E prevents scars from forming and stops infections. It promotes fast healing.

What are Tocopherols?

There are different types of vitamin E, which are called "tocopherols." Some feel the best natural form of vitamin E is called D-alpha-tocopherol. Others feel that since the different tocopherols each have their own strengths, it makes sense to use many of the tocopherols at once. A product that has the different forms of vitamin E combined is said to have "mixed tocopherols."

Types of Products Available:

Vitamin E skin products come in many forms. One innovative product is a stick similar to a lipstick. It's vitamin E rich formula can be applied directly to the skin around the eyes or to the lips for serious healing and moisturizing of dry skin. Vitamin E for the skin is also found combined with oils and natural butters of all types. Sometimes it is added to tea tree oil. As a word of caution, tea tree oil is healing in cases of fungus or other infections, but it is harsh and drying. It should be used sparingly if at all by those who have dry skin. Vitamin E can also be found in a wide variety of skin lotions and creams. For best results, look for a vitamin E product that includes other helpful ingredients, such as vitamin A, B-complex, and C.

Vitamin E is one of the most vital healing agents for dry skin. It has been proven over the years to be able to keep moisture in the skin. It is found in many natural vegetable oils. It's easy to use, however, straight from a capsule. To apply vitamin E oil directly to irritated skin, just puncture a hole in a vitamin E capsule. This is a great way to get vitamin E directly to a sore spot, such as an insect bite or other extremely itchy spot.

Using Royal Jelly For Skin Care

by Gray Rollins

If you don't know what it is, you might think that Royal Jelly sounds more like something you'd spread on your toast rather than your skin. However the truth is, a lot of people use Royal Jelly as part of their daily skin care routines. Despite its funny-sounding name, Royal Jelly is for real. In fact it's a 100% natural product that is actually derived from the secretions of male worker bees. If you think you'd rather not put something like that onto your skin, I suggest you keep reading.

A Look Inside Royal Jelly

If you were to break Royal Jelly down into its individual components, you would find that it is made up of mostly water (60 - 70%), protein (about 12 - 15 %), and sugar (10 - 16%). The remaining components include fats, salts, amino acids and an abundance of vital minerals and vitamins. In an active bee colony, worker bees feed these rich secretions to bee larvae.

After a few days of giving over their Royal Jelly, the worker bees begin to focus only on the larvae that exhibit the greatest chance of becoming the Queen. Only one will be lucky enough to continue receiving the Royal Jelly and soon will develop into the Queen.

And that is how Royal Jelly got its royal reputation. There are many ways to use Royal Jelly including using it as part of an effective skin care routine. After all, it makes sense that if Royal Jelly can help produce a Queen Bee that is better and stronger than the rest, then anyone who uses Royal Jelly on his or her skin should be able to reap such royal benefits as well!

Some Royal Jelly Skin Care Uses

Readily available from distributors around the world, Royal Jelly comes in capsule and liquid form. It's available as a chewable tablet and also as a powder and an elixir. When Royal Jelly will be used as part of a skin care routine, you need only massage a small amount into the skin. Within seconds, the skin will begin feeling tighter and fine lines and wrinkles will be much less noticeable. You'll feel almost as if you've just had a facelift, except there won't be any pain and you will have spent only a small fraction of the cost!

If you live in a colder, harsher climate, your skin will benefit from a regular Royal Jelly skin care routine. Dry skin looks dull, red and blotchy. It makes a person appear much older that he or she is. Skin that's hydrated appears more vibrant. Royal Jelly's moisturizing qualities give skin a fresh feeling, one that's soft and smooth.

You can easily spend hundreds of dollars on skin care products, but you won't have to if you let Royal Jelly work its magic on your skin. Apply it all over your body - your hands, legs, back, and anywhere your skin needs a bit of help. When you're done, your skin will definitely thank you.

Gray Rollins is a featured writer for BeeCharmersWife, a site about beekeeping, and bee products. To learn more about royal jelly, visit http://www.beecharmerswife.com/royaljelly/ and http://www.beecharmerswife.com/royaljellyskincare/.

Learn Your Skin Care Facts

by Olivia Hyde

Maintaining a healthy skin is important in today’s image-conscious society. So how do you go about it?

Skin is the largest organ in our body and the body’s first layer of protection against the environment. Besides good skin is the most important ingredient in physical beauty. Ask the supermodels if you don’t think so!

All this makes proper skin care very important for a human being. Every day our environment inflicts a lot of damage on the skin -- from exposure to pollutants, sunlight, ultra violet rays, etc. And we add to that by using skin care products that are not very skin-friendly, through our ignorance.

Choosing the best skin care product should be a very important part of your skin care routine. This is easier said that done. There is no lack of skin care products in the market shelves though having a good skin is still a distant dream for many. Choosing the right skin care product from all those colorful products vying for your attention on the supermarket shelves is often a very difficult task. The flashy ads in magazines and billboards of supermodels endorsing various brands of skin care products isn’t of much help either when you are trying to choose the best skin care product for you.

What is the ideal skin care routine? A healthy and glowing skin is the desired product of any skin care regime.

The first step towards healthy skin is a clean skin. Any skin care routine starts with a cleansing process. Washing your face after you’ve been out is important, as facial skin is most exposed to the dust and grime in the atmosphere. But do not over do it, as excessive use of soap and other cleansers may lead to the secretion of excess oil and cause eruptions or lesions on your face. This is especially so if you have oily skin.

Drinking plenty of water daily is good for your skin as it helps get rid of toxins in the body. A balanced diet with the right servings of fruits and vegetables is also essential for maintaining a healthy skin.

Acne is the most common skin care problem affecting people, especially teenagers. The medical name for this condition is ‘Acne vulgaris.’ Acne is a skin condition that occurs when the dead skin cells and the oil clogs the skin pores. Usually acne is seen to fade in the late 20s but some people, mostly women, face this problem even in the 40s and 50s.

The main cause of acne is the hormonal changes. Especially in teenagers, the sebaceous glands become overactive and secrete excess oil, which then blocks the pores in the skin. This, in turn, leads to inflammation and redness of the skin causing acne. The majority of those affected by acne only experience it in a mild form, but severe acne could lead to emotional and physical scarring.

Poor hygiene or increased stress levels are not, as is popularly believed, the cause of acne, though they may aggravate the problem. There are now excellent treatments available to treat acne and produce the desired results. Physicians treat acne based on the patient’s skin characteristics and nature of lesions.

For proper skin care it is important that one understands one’s skin type. There are mainly three skin types: dry, oily, and normal skin. When you choose skin care products, keep in mind that they should be chosen depending on your skin type.

Remember, first impression is always the best impression. And your skin plays a very important role in how others perceive you.

Amazingly Simple Skin Care Tips For People With Acne

by Dave Robinson

Are you searching for the best skin care method to correct an acne problem? There are, in fact, several "anti-acne" steps you can follow when caring for your skin. Most acne reducing skin care tips are inexpensive and based on common sense.

When washing your skin, do so gently. Limit these cleanings to once in the morning and once at night. (It is also wise to wash after exercise, as well.) Do NOT use strong soap or a rough scrubbing cloth, when caring for your skin. Doing so will only make your acne problem worse.

Dermatologists suggest that you should avoid the use astringents unless your skin is extremely oily. If you feel an astringent is a necessary part of your skin care regiment, use ONLY on oily areas. If you have a problem with oily hair, it is helpful to wash it daily.

It is strongly recommended that those with acne avoid frequent exposure to the sun and visits to a tanning salon. It may seem as though these two activities are helpful when practicing proper skin care, but that is untrue. The results of each are temporary. Sunburn or tanned skin only help to hide an acne problem.

Do NOT squeeze or "pop" skin blemishes. This can cause permanent scaring and the appearance of dark splotches, on the skin. (Not something you want have for the rest of your life.)

Men who have acne should use care when shaving. Either an electric or safety razor can be used. Those who choose a safety razor should always use a sharp blade and soften their beard with soap and water, before applying shaving cream.

It won't happen overnight, but as long as you are consistent, you will start to see an improvement. If you have acne, proper skin care is the first step to controlling the problem.

Colour & Cosmetics

by Jane Thurnell-Read

Many people avoid artificial colours in their foods, but don't check out the colours in cosmetics and personal care products. It is only in recent years that cosmetics have started to carry a full list of ingredients on their packaging.

Making sense of the ingredients can be difficult for the lay person. This is particularly true for colourings, which often go under the guise of numbers rather than names.

In many countries colours in cosmetics are listed as colour index numbers. C.I. numbers are allocated by the Society of Dyers and Colourists. The scheme covers colours used in food, personal care products, cosmetics, household products and fabric dyeing. So, for example you will not normally see ‘tartrazine’ listed in your lipstick ingredients, but it may be there listed as C.I. 19140. Erythrosine will be listed as C.I. 45430, and so on.

The USA uses a different system: the FD & C colors have been categorised by the American Food & Drink Administration for use in foods, drugs and cosmetics. So in this system tartrazine is FD & C yellow 5, and amaranth is FD & C red 2.

The ‘E Number’ system is used by the European Community (EC). This is a system of giving code numbers to food additives, some of which are also used in cosmetics and personal care products. This system is also used in some other countries but without the E prefix, so E102 becomes simply colour ‘102’.

All this confusion for the average consumer would not be important, but for the fact that some of these colours are known to cause problems in susceptible individuals. For example, tartrazine (also known as FD & C Yellow 5, CI 1914 and EI02) can cause migraines, itching, rhinitis and agitation in susceptible individuals. Many individuals avoid its use in food, but do not realise how extensively it is used in cosmetics, such as lipstick, and personal care products.

The big worries in terms of colours in cosmetics and personal care products are lipstick, coloured lip balms, lip gloss and lip pencils, because anyone who uses these regularly ‘eats’ a fair quantity over their life time, but these colours also appear in skin cream, foundation, mascara and so on too. (Remember also that these colours can also be in 'natural' cosmetics and skin care products.)

Another worry is that even the 'experts' cannot agree on an international 'safe' list of colours, so that a colour may be allowed in one country, but banned elsewhere. For example, quinoline yellow is allowed within the European Community and in some other countries, but is banned in Japan, Norway and the United States.

As ever, the advice is: keep yourself informed and read the label. Here is a list of the different names and numbers that common colourings go under:

Tartrazine: E102 or FD & C Yellow 5 or C.I. 19140

Quinoline yellow or E104 or C.I. 47005

Sunset yellow or E110 or FD & C Yellow 6 or C.I. 15985

Amaranth or E123 or FD & C Red 2 or C.I. 16185

Ponceau 4R or E124 or C.I. 16255

Erythrosine or E127 or FD & C Red 3 or C.I. 45430

Red 2G or E128 or C.I. 18050

Allura red AC or E129 or FD & C Red 40 or C.I. 16035

Patent blue V or E131 or C.I. 42051

Indigo carmine or E132 or FD & C Blue 2 or C.I. 73015

Brilliant blue FCF or FD & C Blue 1 or C.I. 42090

Fast green FCF or FD & C Green 3 or C.I. 42053

Green S or E142 or C.I. 44090

Skin Care - Learn The Basics

by Angie Kocsi

Skin types are unique and react in different ways to weather, environment, and creams and/or lotions. In order to keep skin healthy and youthful in appearance it is essential to know your skin type and how to care for it.

Most skin care specialists will advise to apply moisturizers all over the body to nourish the skin. Top of the list in skin care is sun protection to prevent serious damage to the delicate skin structure. A few other simple steps will help you care for your particular skin type.

Normal Skin: Use a rich cream or lotion to moisturize the skin. Be sure to apply the moisturizer to the neck and décolleté. Don’t forget to moisturize the elbows and knees. It’s best to apply moisturizers after bathing while the skin is still moist for better absorption.

Oily Skin: There are already plenty of natural oils in this skin type, so use a light moisturizer. A body mist spray is also good for oily skin, as it will sit gently on the skin, without stimulating the glands that produce body oils. To avoid breakouts it is important to keep pores from becoming clogged.

Combination Skin: This type of skin usually refers to just the face. The neck however, should not be forgotten. The neck area tends to be dry if you have this type of skin. A light moisturizer that contains sunscreen should be used in order to combat dryness. At night a richer cream will nourish the skin as you sleep, keeping it smooth, supple and youthful.

Dry Skin: A deep penetrating cream will nourish this type of skin. Try an oil-based lotion as an alternative; it will leave the skin silky and smooth. Dry skin is often aggravated by air conditioning, wind and sun. Always use extra moisturizers to keep hydrated when exposed to these elements.

Sensitive Skin: This type of skin often needs special attention. Formulated and medicated creams can be obtained to address specific individual needs.

A visit to a professional will help evaluate this type of skin and assist in designing a skin care regime that addresses each particular case.

  • Keep your skin protected from the sun at all times.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Get lots of sleep.
  • Do not rub the skin - always pat skin dry with a soft towel.
  • Consult your aesthetician or dermatologist they can advise you on solutions to most problem skin conditions.

Dry Skin Care

by Sharon Hopkins

With too many roles for woman to juggle in today’s fast paced, high pressured lifestyle, there is very little time for her to pamper herself.

With tension, worries, anxiety and age, the skin become less active leaving it drier, fragile, prone to wrinkle, lines near the eyes and mouth and losing the youthful colour and glow.

Failure of oil glands failing to release enough oils to moisturize and protect the skin results in dry skin. Environmental causes like dry air, harsh wind, hormonal imbalance, usage of aggressive chemicals, cosmetics or excessive bathing with harsh soaps saps the moisture from the skin making it dryer, flakier and chapped during winter.

Caring for Dry Skin

- Cleanse and Moisturize: The dry skin should be cleansed with a cold cream and alcohol-free skin fresheners to remove the cream. After cleansing, the skin needs a lubricating emollient or a moisturizer when the face is damp after the wash.

- Splash your face with cold water or gently wipe the skin with rose water to tone the skin nicely.

- Avoid using highly alkaline soaps and detergents like washing sodas and powders.

- Avoid the sun, harsh winds and hot baths. Use oil-based creams and make-up products only. Use soft towels or wash cloth to avoid irritation to the skin while wiping it.

- Smoking deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients it needs for good health making the skin dry and leathery.

- Chapped or cracked skin - increase consumption of water. Keep chapped areas well lubricated and protected from the elements using a good nourishing cream or moisturizer.

- Use creamy, mild, pH-balanced products such moisture based cream gels, lotions, etc for dry skin care.

A well balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds and nuts provides the body with all the necessary vitamins and minerals needed for healthy skin. Drinking water and reducing solar exposure to a minimum is also beneficial. Garlic, onions, eggs and asparagus help to keep the skin smooth and youthful. Carrots, apricots, rich in vitamins A, C keep the skin supple. Increase intake of foods like leafy raw green veggies, dairy products like yoghurt, milk. Lessen fried foods, soft drinks, sugar, chocolates, junk foods, alcohol, caffeine and other foods that have diuretic effecting causing the body and skin to loose fluids, vitamins and essential minerals.

by Ken Morris

These days we all want to enjoy the healthy glow that comes with a beautiful tan, but with more and more evidence coming to light with regards to the dangers of the sun’s rays we have to be increasingly careful about jetting off on vacation and roasting in the midday sun in order to try and get some color. Exposing your delicate skin in hot weather can result in a multitude of problems, but luckily you can now enjoy a golden glow without having to put up with the risks – thanks to the availability of a range of tanning products for the face and body. From high quality tanning lotions to facial tanner products and tanning crème, you can enjoy a wide range of sunless tanning products so you don’t even have to endure the expense of a holiday in order to look as though you have a beautiful, natural tan. People use all sorts of tanning products these days, from tanning beds to spray on lotions. You can get products that can be easily used in your own home as well as sunless tanning services at a salon.

Avoid the dangers of the sun with these products

There are many dangers that come with exposing your skin to the sunlight. Some of the well known potential dangers of basking in the sun include:

+ Sunburn
+ Prematurely aging skin
+ Skin cancer
+ Blotching

Of course, some of these conditions are more serious than others, but even the mildest of these problems can cause massive discomfort depending on the level of burning and exposure. If you spend all day in the sun trying to achieve that tan you may find yourself walking away with peeling, red skin – or worse – instead of a golden tan. However, with tanning lotions and other sunless products you can look forward to a great, natural looki
